Giorgia Vendramin

Giorgia Vendramin graduated in 2013 in Management Engineering from the University of Padova, focusing on project management. She worked for more than a year at Unilever Verona, where she was involved in improvement of autonomous and preventive maintenance processes in highly-automated production lines.

In 2014 she joined the CAREL Lean office, working on improvement activities with operators on the humidification and valve production lines. In 2015 she moved to the Product Development Office, where she now focuses on improvement groups and cross-functional processes.
